The Meeting was opened by President Vicki Edwards at 8:06 PM in the Capehart Chapel Upper Annex at Offutt AFB. With 4 of the 5
directors present, a quorum of the Board existed. -
Attendance at the Meeting included: Vicki Edwards, Ken
Zeiger, George Ziska, Jr., Mark White, Ron Strawn, Marilyn Galaska,
Kathi Narlock -

reviewed and approved.
