This week's "thing" is the slinky! Slinkies are probably one of the cooler cheap play things that can in trance the average teenager. (Trust me, I know.) Anyways, I thought it was appropriate to pay tribute, and this one is for you, Ananda!!! :-)

Wow, I actually found New Year's cookies.  How pathetic is that?  I suppose if you want to be in the season and spirit, but I have always associated wine and confetti with the new year.

What a pretty flower!  This is a flower I got for my friend for after a performance... I think... It was a dinner theater and it was a lot of fun.

I got this when I went to the local college for a visit.  They LOVE to hand out stuff with their name on it.  I have a CD case, more than a few mechanical pencils, and some other not so useful things.

This is Mog the Moogle.  I made 2 of this polymer clay figurines, one for my boyfriend at the time and one for me.  I was going to get him the plushie, but it was about 50 bucks.  Real size: about 2 inches tall.

This is one of those touch lights.  It came with a pack of AA batteries and it's small so you can put it in your jack-o-lantern and not set anything on fire. I thought it was cool, so I bought it.

My mom bought me this 2 lbs tub of twizzlers for some reason.  I just thought it was funny, because even though you would want to buy twizzlers in a bigger package than the 1 lbs bags, I would have thought that the next increment would just be a case of 1 lbs bags, and not this 2 lbs tub.
